Becoming a virtual tenant allows you access to all our facilities, during work hours without the need for an actual office space.

If you do most of your business away from a workspace, this could be the answer for you.  You will receive a full reception service as well as a friendly voice on the other end of the phone instead of an answering machine when your clients are calling for you. 

The services for a virtual tenant vary depending on your needs, but can include:

• Provide a local contact point
• Telephone answering and message taking
• The forwarding of any mail
• A referral service for any potential clients
• Access to an office space if required with desk and phone point on a daily use basis
• Access to meeting and training spaces and costed at internal rates
• Access to fax and photocopying facilities (extra charge)

There is a monthly cost for this service plus phone/fax calls, copying, mail at cost.

Access is limited to the hours of 8.15am to 5.00pm unless special arrangement are made.

A mail service is available with mail being delivered and posted each weekday.  You are welcome to use our address for your mail.  Our postal address is 70 New Dookie Road, Shepparton Vic 3630.
