Shepparton Export Network

Shepparton Exporter Network
Shepparton Exporter Network

The Greater Shepparton City Council is calling for small to medium sized businesses interested in exporting to register for their interest with the Greater Shepparton Export Network. The network provides opportunities for businesses to learn about export opportunities and requirements and to network with other businesses interested in exporting.

Operating from the Shepparton Business Centre, activities of the network include updates on export related information, access to training sessions, details on forthcoming international buying visits and trade fairs.

There are also networking opportunities and field trips relevant to the exporting of produce from the Goulburn Valley.

In 2009 a field trip to the Port of Melbourne was a huge success and provided existing and potential exporters with a terrific insight to the export process.

Exporting is a difficult area for businesses and the more information you have, the better equipped you will be to deal with issues that may arise.

The Greater Shepparton Export Network is part of the Central Victorian Exporters Network which provides even wider exposure to businesses in the Campaspe and Moira shires who share similar exporting interests.

To become a part of the Greater Shepparton Export Network, and to be kept informed of export related sessions and activities, contact the Shepparton Business Centre on 5832 1100. Export training and information sessions
