Under New Management - Strategic Business Planning
The Strategic Business Planning workshop enables participants, over a 6 week period, to look at their current business needs but also to look into the future.
The Strategic Business Planning workshop will consist of 16 hours of group work (which will be held at the Greater Shepparton Business Centre) and then 5 hours of individual participant work at participant's workplaces or another venue to be determined. The 16hr workshop component will take place over four separate four hour sessions.
The sectors targeted through the strategic business planning workshop include:
- Retail
- Tourism
- Home based business
- Succession planning
You will:
- Assess your current position
- Set targets for future growth
- Develop a map showing how to reach your targets
- Check your progress
