Strategic business planning
The Greater Shepparton Business Centre is holding a seminar for small business owners who want to determine the strategic direction and plan for the future of their business.
Julie Guest, who has over 20 years experience as a chartered accountant, will deliver the Introduction to Strategic Business Planning seminar.Ms Guest specialises in teaching people strategic and operational business skills.
Greater Shepparton Business Centre Coordinator Jens Zimmermann said a number of topics would be covered in the course.
"Participants will learn how to assess their current business position, develop targets for the future growth of their business as well as develop a roadmap for their business," Mr Zimmermann said.
"The seminar is ideal for people who want to learn how to achieve growth and profit targets for their business."
The seminar will be held at the Greater Shepparton Business Centre, 70 New Dookie Road, Shepparton on Wednesday 10 September from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
The cost is $20 per participant.
