The Greater Shepparton Business Centre’s next small business training seminar is Cash Flow Management for Small Business and will be held on Wednesday 15 July.
Business Centre Coordinator Geoff Hay said cash flow is one of the most important elements to running a successful business."Without a strong cash flow a business will not succeed," Mr Hay said.
"Participants will gain a number of hints and tips on how they can boost their business' cash flow.
"This seminar is invaluable for all small business owners, especially those who are just starting out in business and having problems with cash flow and unprofitable transactions.
"Julie Guest is hosting the seminar and comes from an accounting background, where she has provided advice and training seminars on financial matters, including the introduction of the GST."
The cost of the seminar is $20 and each participant will receive a financial survival workbook containing case studies, worked examples, 21 business survival tips, 21 prosperity tips, a glossary of business terms, 25 ‘must-see' websites, all of which you can refer to over and over.
Participants will also receive a free business mentoring session, which gives expert advice tailored to the needs of your business from one of our small business specialists.
