The next seminar to be held at the Greater Shepparton Business Centre will teach business owners how to manage staff effectively.
Keeping the Right Staff will teach participants how to hire and retain the best staff for their business.Council's Team Leader Business and Industry Geoff Hay said the key to a successful business is employing and keeping the right staff.
"This seminar will provide up to date information on annual leave entitlements, superannuation and tax requirements, as well providing advice on dealing with redundancies or terminations," Mr Hay said.
"Nigel Lane, who has many years experience presenting to groups of people, will host the seminar and share his skills and experiences with participants."
The seminar will be held at the Greater Shepparton Business Centre on Wednesday 7 October from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
