The Greater Shepparton Business Centre has 16 office spaces and 6 light industrial shed spaces available for rental to new and home-based businesses looking to further grow their businesses in a professional office/light industrial environment.

At present the Greater Shepparton Business Centre is host to 17 businesses covering a range of industries.  By housing such a diverse range of businesses, each tenant is able to contribute different skills and experiences.  This enables tenants to form a support network within the Centre and utilise each other's expertise.  The Management of the Centre encourages these synergies to form between tenants.
